Helabets' Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple & Straightforward

Welcome to helabets. This Terms and Conditions document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") governs the relationship between the helabets platform and its users. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services on helabets, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to: the helabets website, mobile app, and all associated digital platforms. They apply equally to all users accessing the service from Bangladesh.

To open an account on helabets, the following conditions must be met:

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of helabets by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Incorrect details may result in failed account verification and payment issues.
• KYC Verification: helabets may request identity verification (National ID/Passport) at any time. This is mandatory to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• One Device, One Person: Running multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may be flagged as suspicious activity.

You can easily deposit and withdraw on helabets via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Key details are in the table below:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. If you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go through Mobile Pay.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Make sure your account is verified.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met (see Section 05 for details).
• For suspicious transactions, helabets may temporarily hold payments pending investigation.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on helabets and cover all betting markets — whether Sports Betting or live betting.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed and you receive a confirmation message, it is considered final. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled (some exceptions apply for live betting).
• Odds Changes: helabets reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, stakes for all related bets will be refunded.
• Dispute Resolution: Win and loss outcomes will be determined based on official results. helabets' decision is final.
• System Error: If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, helabets reserves the right to void it.
• Min/Max Bet: Each market has its own limits, which can be viewed on the bet slip.

Helabets offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x).
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering calculations.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a specific validity period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing artificial bets, or using any other fraudulent method will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus Changes: helabets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Helabets is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in or having knowledge of match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using helabets for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Accessing another person's account or registering using someone else's information.
• Hacking or any form of cyberattack against the helabets platform.
• Accessing the platform via proxy or VPN from a restricted or prohibited country.
• Placing opposing bets (Arbitrage Betting) to abuse bonuses.

An account on helabets may be closed or suspended for two reasons: at the user's own request, or at helabets' discretion.

If you wish to close your account yourself: Go to Settings → Account → Close Account to submit your request. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account. You may request to reopen a closed account, but helabets reserves the right to make the final decision.

helabets may suspend an account if:

• KYC verification is incomplete or incorrect information is found
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraudulent activity are detected
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority is in place

No bets will be accepted during a suspension, and withdrawals will be frozen. Once the investigation concludes and the account is cleared, it will be reinstated and the balance restored.

Helabets believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That is why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — you're in control.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet before you start placing bets.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a specified loss limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily self-suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need an extended break, please let our support team know.
